We have a 7-year window to construct a multi-unit housing apartment complex on land that is owned by HOPE. The City of Covington partnered with us to demolish the former structure that was no longer inhabitable. The collaboration consists of a performance agreement until the construction is complete. The complex will have five units. They will be subsidized for families in need, including the elderly and veterans. The need for affordable housing is great. We are looking forward to being a catalyst for change in housing needs.
